Refund policy

Most Motel Of The White Locust pieces are made to order. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on printed apparel or accessories once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.

If a return is required by consumer law in your country, we will honor that.

Digital issues (wrong file printed, missing graphic) are treated as defects.
