Motel Of The White Locust (this site, also operating as White Locust / WLC on whitelocustcapital.com) sells streetwear and related goods.

By placing an order you confirm you are buying a physical product as described on the product page. Colors can shift slightly between screen and print.

We may cancel an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or looks like fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

Product names, graphics, and the White Locust / Motel Of The White Locust marks belong to the label. Do not copy the designs.

These terms are the store rules. Shipping and refund details live on the Shipping page and in the Refund policy.

Some items are made by production partners; their item-specific terms are in the production partner section of our Refund policy and apply only to those items.

Ambassador program

1. Nature of the program. The White Locust / Motel Of The White Locust Ambassador program (the “Program”) is a discretionary customer loyalty benefit. It is not employment, not an independent-contractor engagement, not a partnership or joint venture, and not a paid advertising or influencer contract. Participation does not create any right to compensation, free product, commission, or other payment from us for posts or other activity under the Program.

2. Application and acceptance. Submitting an application does not mean you are accepted. We may approve, refuse, delay, condition, suspend, or terminate participation at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law. “Applying doesn’t mean you’re in.”

3. Your representations. By applying or participating, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; (b) the social media accounts you list are owned and controlled solely by you; and (c) you will update us if that information changes. We may rely on those representations.

4. The discount. If we approve you, we may make an automatic checkout discount available while you are logged into your customer account (currently thirty-three percent (33%) off eligible purchases, unless we state otherwise). There is no public coupon code to share or transfer. The benefit is personal to your approved account, non-transferable, and may be capped, reset after use, modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time. If a discount does not appear at checkout, contact us and we will investigate in good faith; that does not guarantee a price adjustment on a completed order.

5. Eligibility of orders. We may exclude sale items, limited drops, gift cards, shipping, taxes, or other categories from the discount. Prior purchases are not retroactively discounted unless we agree in writing.

6. Content and conduct. Posts you make in connection with the Program remain your content and your responsibility. Use the handles and tags we publish on the Ambassadors page (or otherwise provide). You are solely responsible for complying with advertising, endorsement, and disclosure rules that apply where you live (including any requirement to disclose a material connection). You will not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or content that misrepresents our products.

7. License (optional use by us). If you tag us or use our Program tags, you grant Motel Of The White Locust a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, display, and adapt that content in our marketing (including social, site, and email), with credit where practical. You can ask us in writing to stop future use of a specific post; we will make reasonable efforts going forward (we cannot recall every prior share).

8. Our intellectual property. Our names, logos, graphics, and designs remain ours. Program participation does not grant you ownership of our marks—only a limited, revocable permission to use them as we direct for Program posts.

9. No obligation to promote; no exclusivity. You are not required to post on a schedule unless we separately agree in writing. The Program is non-exclusive unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Termination. You or we may end your Program participation at any time. On termination, unused discount access ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, license already exercised, and limitation language in these Terms) continue to apply.

11. Changes. We may update this Ambassador program section or Program rules by posting a revised version on this page. Continued participation after posting means you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop participating and contact us to remove Program access.

12. Privacy. Information you submit with an application is handled under our Privacy policy.

13. Conflict. If this section conflicts with another part of these Terms of service for Program matters, this section controls for the Program only. Everything else on the store remains governed by the rest of these Terms, plus Shipping and Refund policies where they apply.
